The Great Italian Wine Auction (“the Auction”) has been organized under the oversight of l’Associazione volontari per il diritto allo studio all’Università di Scienze Gastronomiche di Pollenzo.

The Auction is a non-profit charitable initiative.

Participation in the Auction is limited to those registered users who have completed all fields in the registration form.

The 200 wine lots have varying bidding deadlines. (See lots listing for details.)

| E |
Users may bid on as many lots and of any variety that they desire.
|
| F |
The minimum bid increase is €50,00.
|
| G |
The price of the lot includes IVA (VAT).
|
| H |
Following an online bid the bidder will be contacted by telephone or email to confirm the bid and verify the bidder’s personal information. A password will then be assigned to the bidder that will allow future online bids to be placed without the need of telephone or email confirmation.

No bids will be posted before the bidder’s personal information is verified.
|
| J |
The lot will be awarded to the highest confirmed bidder following the stated deadline of the auction.

Payment must be made within 30 days of the deadline of the auction.
|
| L |
Shipping costs within Italy are €100,00 per lot and are in addition to the amounts bid.

| M |
Shipping costs and export duties outside of Italy are in addition to the amounts bid and will be communicated directly to the acquiring bidder.

Wines will be delivered starting January 2009.
